How to Give Someone Access to Your Facebook Page

You can let someone manage your Facebook Page from either the Page itself or from Meta Business Suite. Here’s how both ways work:

From Your Facebook Page:

1. Go to your Page.
2. Click your profile picture in the top right, then choose Settings & privacy, then Settings.
3. In the left menu, select Page setup.
4. Click Page access.
5. Find People with full control, then click Manage.
6. Click Add person.
7. Enter their email, click Next.
8. Choose the level of access you want them to have, click Next.
9. Pick which business assets they can manage, click Next.
10. Check everything, then click Send invitation.

From Meta Business Suite:

1. Open Meta Business Suite.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under Accounts, click Pages, then pick the Page you want to share.
4. Click Assign people.
5. Scroll to Add person, enter their email, click Next.
6. Set the access level, click Next.
7. Assign the assets they can manage, click Next.
8. Review everything, click Send invitation.

Why this matters: This process ensures the right people can manage your Page without giving full control to someone who doesn’t need it. You can always remove them later if you change your mind.
